Pseudonymized Data
For critical details which are inherently private such as patient details, we pseudonymize the data. This means that the data is stored in a way that it cannot be directly linked to an individual without additional information that is stored separately. This is done to protect the privacy of the individuals whose data we store. This includes **added patient details** such as:

When support staff view this data, they will not see these details. This pseudonymized view of your own data whihc all supoort staff will necessarily see may be toggled via the eye icon in the top right of the screen, as may be necessary when sharing your screen with a patient or other third party
